Cousin Fun

Stephen and his cousin Zinni have so much fun playing together. In fact Stephen asks almost daily to go to "Kellee-Zinni's House". While we were there I managed to get pictures taken of Stephen, Zinni, and Adelaide. Next time I will have to include Zinni's new baby brother Zandon in the pictures too!

It's fun to watch Zinni interact with Adelaide because she LOVES babies. I was finishing eating and Adelaide was sleeping in her car seat...or so I thought. I went to check on her and found she had been covered with Zinni's kindness(aka her toys) apparently Zinni just wanted Adelaide to play too! Haha. I love it!

Our Little Diva

Adelaide was born with some blonde spots on the back of her head. The nurses joked that she had highlights. Shortly after birth she had high bilirubin levels an had to go under the lights. We then joked that Adelaide already has highlights and goes tanning. What a diva!

It was really helpful to keep a positive, light attitude because it was really hard for me to have to take Adelaide into Primary Children's Hospital Emergency Room just days after her birth. I realized that her condition wasn't severe but it was hard to take my newborn there nonetheless.

Anyway enjoy these pictures as proof of our little diva, her highlights(I wonder if they will go away) and her tanning session.

Stephen's Flute

After bringing Adelaide home from the hospital Stephen started doing some crazy/cute things. All of a sudden his imagination came through.

He talks about Daddy's treasure chest a.k.a. his tool box, and he got ahold of this from Dad's workshop and calls it his flute, it actually looks like a flute!

Fourth of July

Last year for the fourth of July we walked to Sugarhouse Park and watched the fireworks there. This year I did not want to take a newborn. So instead we lit our own fireworks in the front. Last year little guy thought it was so cool, this year he was terrified. The only way he would watch is inside behind a closed door. Silly boy! We also managed to get our photo taken in front of our house.
