Fourth of July
Last year for the fourth of July we walked to Sugarhouse Park and watched the fireworks there. This year I did not want to take a newborn. So instead we lit our own fireworks in the front. Last year little guy thought it was so cool, this year he was terrified. The only way he would watch is inside behind a closed door. Silly boy! We also managed to get our photo taken in front of our house.

My kids went through phases too. It is loud. Were you able to see them well from your house?
No, we could see what color the firework was, but the trees at the golf course blocked our view. Most people on our street snuck into the golf course to watch the fireworks.
